Wow! So much has been going on lately and I am desperately trying to catch-up with my reviews with my dying laptop. Fortunately, in a few days I will have a brand new system! Woot! I have really been researching the different makes and models, so I do NOT make the same mistake again. Anyway, New Years is right around the corner and there are so many fabulous creations in SL to wear for this occasion. It is also my rez-day *cough- cough* One of my favorite designs is from the super talented Sissy Pessoa. This fabulous ’Gleam’ dress in the ultimate party dress! Location: These pics were taken at the fabulous ’New York City’ SIM. This relatively new build is absolutely stunning! The textures and details are unbelievable. It is definitely one of the best new builds I have seen. Now, unlike a lot of NYC inspired SIMs, it doesn’t try to completely replicate it. As a native New Yorker, this always has been a pet peeve of mine, since it is impossible to replicate this city. Especially on such a small scale. This SIM encompasses the true essence of Manhattan. There are areas that remind of the village and others of the upper east side. In any case, this is a must see! Plus, there are a ton of amazing stores as well. Ok so I wanted to show you guys this amazing perfectly sculpted skybox. The skybox is designed by The Apple Architects and you can buy it here. This skybox has a New York sorta theme to it and i fell inlove with it as soon as i saw it. I knew I wanted it. It offers plenty of space with one bedroom and bath and the colors really makes it easy for you when picking out your interior decorations. I recommend everyone to check it out for yourself, it’s definately worth buying!! I sure am i’m happy with my purchase Also, The Apple Architects will have more builds coming up soon so please be on the look out for that!
